Set up the job duties as a merge field for communication template use

It would be useful to reference the job duties, as either a collapsable/expandable option in our job postings, or as a merge field that could be used for a bulk communication template or applicant status communication template.

Date field Validation - warn if bad date used

if date is bad - warn the applicant or - use a different date picker that shows year then month then only allowed days of the month like the Event date selector in interviews

Job card - Auto Save

An Auto Save function. automatically a set period e.g. 10 minutes - possibly a User setting or Global or if platform detects User is leaving the page - prompt with an opportunity save changes or actually go ahead and Save anyway.
