On Payscale page, when an item is archived, stay on the same page

When archiving an item on the Pay Scale pages, if the data row archived is NOT on the first page, then the page should not automatically jump back to display the first page. it should stay on the page that the archived item was on.

Interview outcome wording flexibility

The ability to change the wording on an interview guide from pass/fail to successful/unsuccessful. Fail is quite a harsh term and unsuccessful is a little softer while still communicating the outcome of the interview.

Offer documents should ALL send in bulk merge

Make the system behave consistently. Bulk Merge should be able to pick up documents defined as "Offer Contracts" regardless of whether they have a merge field included or not. Just as it does when you issue offers individually.

Attendance report - ability to print or download

In other LMS' you have the ability to print/download the attendance list prior to the session and then mark it off later. This would save time running a report and copying/pasting into a attendance sheet.

User Management - System should remove position info when user is archived

When a user is archived either manually by a SuperUser or by a PageUp delivered User File the system should remove the Position information from their profile to avoid errors on future requisitions (jobs).

Bulk edit for archived profiles

Allow for Bulk removal of permissions. Currently important for Archived profiles, but it would likely be useful to Bulk remove certain permissions from Active users too.

Quick Search Permissions

It would be good for a super user to be able to search both job trackers and people and lower levels of permisson only able to search for their job trackers. This way, not everyone with quick search active can access all applicants/applications.
