Additional form triggered from an automatic status change

It would be helpful to allow ''additional forms'' to be triggered from an automatic status change. We require applicants to complete a form on completion of another form. This would be helpful if this could be done by an automatic status change.

Please update Public filename to include {APPLICANTPREFNAME}

Currently, only {APPLICANTFNAME} merge field is available for Document public filenames. Would like to continue consistent application of preferred names throughout PageUp.

Adding a Dual Approval Process

One of our recruitment processes involves 2 letters at different points of time that require an approval. It would be good to have a dual approval process option to approve letters at different points in time on the same offer card.

Offer Card - access to job documents e.g. role description

Allow the Job documents to be accessible in the Offer card so that the person preparing the contract can include Role description in the Offer documents provided to the new employee so they are forces to accept it.
