Allow the Job documents to be accessible in the Offer card so that the person preparing the contract can include Role description in the Offer documents provided to the new employee so they are forces to accept it.

provide the ability to include the role description in the Offer documents so the new employee is able to accept the role description as part of the contract acceptance. currently it requires extra steps to open the requisition and download/upload the role description to include it in the Offer documents |
Agreed! This would be helpful.
This feature would benefit so many organisations, from additional approval documentation, to scheduling, flexible working arrangements etc and any other documentation provided at the job stage for the recruitment that may need to be shared with candidates at the offer stage.
This would be extremely helpful for HR instead of having to open the requisition and download/upload to include it in the Offer Documents.
