improve user experience for creating application forms

ideally, users can easily create forms that has more than 1 level of question nesting.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

currently to create question which have more than 1 level is difficult to maintain. When there are more than 1 level of questions; if 1 new question is added, the order of the questions will be messed up. User have to unnest the questions and nest them bottom up again.

    Yes, I found this very difficult to deal with as well. You also have to go from the bottom up to nest. Makes it a very long task to unnest and renest just to add or edit a question.
