Improve the false detection of duplicated profiles

False detection of duplicated profiles occurs. When users click View duplicates, there is no profiles for merge. Support team said this is due to applicant renamed or no longer exists (ticket #53653). But we don't expect system to check duplicates...

Remove an additional information form sent to applicant

When an applicant is sent an additional information form, you cannot remove the form if it has been allocated incorrectly. Would be useful to be able to remove it so it is no longer seen on the applicant's profile if it was sent in error.
