False detection of duplicated profiles occurs. When users click View duplicates, there is no profiles for merge.
Support team said this is due to applicant renamed or no longer exists (ticket #53653). But we don't expect system to check duplicates with the archived or purged applicants. Users will need to remove each false tag manually, this is time consuming.
Would PageUp please improve the system logic and do not display false duplicate flags?
