minimise duplicate accounts - we are constantly archiving accounts as users leave also - if the account is locked at the time of onboarding you get another account created when it was simply a log in issue

Control Functionality-View Only Option

We would like for some in HR to be allowed to control a person in PageUp (Hiring Manager, Approving Mgr, Applicant) with View Only access instead of having the ability to edit.
