Multiple Document Uploads for Performance Items

Extend the currently functionality of the "upload document" feature, so that more than one document may be uploaded at a time to a Performance Item when initially setting an item. This can be done once the item has been "saved", but it would be great if this can also be done when setting the Items.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Add several attachments to the one Performance Item in the first instance.

    As the "performance review" has evolved to be more collaborative between a supervisor and employee, the process supporting this evolution should follow suit. I struggle to understand why functionality would be limited to attaching only one document. The process (and functionality) should evolve to align with contemporary practices.

    Allowing for multiple document attachment is a critical part of creating a collaborative review process.

    Adding multiple documents to an item will allow for a more collaborative experience between manager and direct report.
