minimise duplicate accounts - we are constantly archiving accounts as users leave
also - if the account is locked at the time of onboarding you get another account created when it was simply a log in issue

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Onboarding User accounts currently only works for accounts that are NOT archived or Have Log in set to Yes Could the platform detect Accounts that are linked but are also Archived/Log set to No and pick up this account and reactivate it |
New User account should only be triggered if Onboarding is performed
Not simply because an employee accepted another contract
