Set default recruitment process based on job card selected, or conditional options

Ability to destinguish default recruitment process based on the job card being selected., or the ability to only have selected processes availble to the job card.

Job Cancel - provide note option window

To help identify why a requisitions is cancelled (as versus Closed) bring up a mandatory text box or pick list for reasons why it was cancelled if Cancelled is selected.

Offer Status - update Offer status if manually move application status to Offer declined

If an applicant is manually moved to an application status that reflects a contract has been declined also update the Offer status to Declined

Be able to determine how the positions in the Organisational Chart section and in the Position Search are sorted e.g. by position number, by position title but reverse alphabetical order, my current incumbent etc.

Survey Form - add email function to Survey Event

add Email function to Survey event. whenever a survey is completed send an email to nominated mailbox possibly with a template to present the survey form in a better layout than one long line of information
