Need ability to define when Hiring Mgr can Send Email

Within the Recruitment Steps setup we'd like to see the ability to control whether a hiring manager can send an email to an applicant

Need ability to report on Application Status

PageUp only allows you to report on the recruitment steps, however we need to be able to report against the application statuses. The recruitment steps do not provide the detail we need.

Bulk Assign Flags

This would allow us to run reports and then upload in bulk - saving a lot of time and improving data integrity.

Email Notification When Notes Added on Offer

A notification email needs to be sent to the recruiter when notes are added in the Notes section since this section cannot be removed or controlled by permission groups.
