Currently within the Recruitment process, all Search Committee committee members receive the same access, at the same point in the recruitment process. Sometimes hiring managers may delegate to a lead committee member to initially review application materials. At this time, this is not option -- if the committee member access is adjusted, it is adjusted for all members, and it is not possible to fully utilize a search committee chair (who may be different than the hiring manager).
