The suggestion is to be able to align past journal entries' mail matcher email addresses with the new mail matcher email address and name to be more inclusive of staff in this sensitive situation.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We have a staff member who has recently transitioned and would like to update their new name and not see the old name as it can be somewhat triggering. The mail matcher email address can be updated but past journal entries using the old mail matcher email address cannot. |
