Editing Details in Outlook Attachment for Events

Currently, the information that is pulled into the Outlook Calendar attachment that is sent to participants when booking an Event is not able to be edited. For online events that take place in Zoom, participants currently have to search for their initial confirmation email and frequently email to explain that they can't find the Zoom join link in the Outlook invite.

By allowing admin to edit the information included in the Outlook Calendar invites sent, it would make it much easier to ensure that participants have all of the information readily available rather than having to search through previous emails or log into PageUp to attend events.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Ability to edit the content pulled into the Outlook Calendar attachment sent with an Event booking to include Zoom join information.

      This would be very helpful, often the original email is lost and staff do not have the teams/zoom link for the session.
