DO NOT ADD - Anticipated Salary to the Header with the salary range

Do not have an auto generated estimated or anticipated salary - always have a salary range. Please do not do this because the anticipated salary is based on a lot of factors that are very dependent on the specific experience and background of the candidate.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Hire successful candidates within the confines of the state salary criteria. I lost a viable candidate because of this unrealistic expectation.

Thank you for your feedback. The salary information that is displayed on your careers site is configurable and the content added is controlled by users. I can see on your career job site that Salary is being passed across to the job ads - some have been set up as a range and others as a specific amount. Display of of both is supported - I would suggest this is raised with your SuperUser to discuss appropriate process to set ranges in the future
