Currently we are manually sending a communication via the applicant portal to remind an applicant to accept their offer and/or complete the new starter or "offer paperwork" ie: banking, tax super.
When speaking with the Support team there was no way to automate a communication to the applicant at set intervals reminding them to complete the offer and/or offer paperwork.
Sending out an automated email until the status changes to offer accepted or offer paperwork would greatly increase the efficiency of the onboarding process and relieve the recruiter or the recruitment admin from continuously having to chase up the offer process manually.
I would suggest it could be a daily generated reminder to the applicant

New starter form automated email reminder would be really helpful too, for our organisation, this is currently more of an issue than the offer not being accepted
Control over time of day being sent would be useful - appear to be going out about 1am
To be most helpful, it'd be great if this auto reminder was configurable on when it sends - daily would be too much for our use, but if we could set to send (X) days after an offer is accepted we could figure out the best timing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your idea. We are delighted to let you know that you can now send automated reminders to applicants who have been sent an offer and not accepted or declined that offer within 2 days. This was deployed to live on April 3rd 2025.
You now have the ability to customise a reminder email (located within settings > communication templates) and choose which applicants should receive the reminder based on recruitment process. Please note that the reminder will only send to applicants once and only when their offer is pending. We may look at other reminders in the future (example, prompts to complete paperwork) but for now, this is specific to pending offers.

Yes this would be a great enhancement and one we raised just last week
Automated email would be fantastic, it would def support time to fill and declined offers. We have developed reports to provide an update, but other systems that we use (outside of pageup) have automated email, whilst constant message can be annoying for candidate, its great because they action the task.
Yes I have been looking for an automated reminder recently and agree this would be a great idea to have within the system.
Agreed. This is a process we also do manually and it would be so much more efficient if this was done automatically at set intervals.
