We would like to be able to view candidates by status, but not necessarily by job. E.g. I would like to be able to see all candidates that are at interview stage or offer stage in New Zealand, without having to click into every single individual job to view them. I would also like to be able to bulk move people from this stage.
What business value are you trying to achieve?
To be able to view candidates by status, but not necessarily by job. E.g. I would like to be able to see all candidates that are at interview stage or offer stage in New Zealand, (or via a specific recruiter) without having to click into every single individual job to view them. Some of our consultants have 50+ jobs open at a time for the same roles in multiple locations, we work with SLA's regarding time frames to get back to people, this would mean we could search for all candidates who have applied but not yet been contacted, sort them by application date, and call them in that order - meaning we can stick to our SLAs without having to click into 50 jobs one at a time. This also means that if someone is on annual leave, and someone else is taking over for them while they're away, they can view all candidates who are at interview stage easily and track them - again without having to click through 50 jobs. I've not worked with an ATS before that didn't have this function, I'm surprised more people haven't asked for it? |
Thank you Guest for adding this - as you've mentioned, it's surprising there isn't this function currently.
@PageUp - Is there any update on when this may be being considered? We are in a similar boat with our recruiters having anywhere between 30-60 vacancies that they're looking after and this would be immensely helpful!
I have tried using the 'Applicant Search' function but the filter options aren't detailed enough. After filtering by application status from a recruitment process, it would be helpful if we could then have the ability to filter it further by recruiter so they can see all candidates that have new applications regardless of job, or all candidates waiting for business manager review. Further to this, the ability to bulk select with the traffic light colours and 'bulk change status' from this section would also be helpful.
Try Applicant Search - discuss with CSM. You can find all applicants who are in a particular status without having to go to specific jobs.
