On the Manage Applications page, we would like the ability to filter on each column, especially the Status column. The Status column title would look like a dropdown where we could select the status of applications we want to view.

This idea is aligned to the future direction of the Applicant Progress Board.
At the moment the view is job by job but we understand this request is about being able to view all applications across jobs that are in a certain status as the user wants to take a similar action eg to review all background checks or to send a reminder to complete something etc
I can see this is a few years old - but I've just asked for the same thing. Having to do each search by job is very time consuming if you just need to view everyone at a particular status (by country or by recruiter as opposed to by job)
Mark - thank you for your suggestion. But I don't think they work in all situations. I may be trying to a list of applicants that have all "Accepted Offer" or "Declined Interview" or something. By getting a list - accross job postings, I can send a communciation bulk to the group to everyone that had an interview or bulk update status all the backgrounds that were completed. Your methods only allow selecting by the Job Card # as far as I can see.
you can already do this two ways - you the search option and look for applicants in a particular status - select status of interest and press search
Or my personal favourite - look at the job title on the manage applications page - see the I for information button and click on it - now just select the status group you are interested in. e.g. New - you will now just see the New applicants
