    Document Page Size

    Documents compiled into a PDF are created in the A3 page size. Being based in the US, this causes issues when printing the documents. Adding a system setting that would allow localization of the page size would help.

    Default Hyperlinks in Adverts to Open in New Window

    Instead of the default value for Target set at 'None' then it would be good if the default value was 'New window'.

    Ability to batch add departmental onboarding tasks

    Right now, favorite tasks are used by departments to customize the onboarding experience. It can be time consuming to add favorite tasks/plans to each individual hire. It would be nice to batch add favorite tasks for all new hires at once.

    Bulk Upload Goals into MyGrowth

    Being able to bulk upload shared team goals into MyGrowth. i.e. there is a team of 20 and they will all share 2 goals that are team goals, we would liek the ability to import these goals to those team members via an excel/csv file

    Learning Activity Survey download rating scale

    When the survey results download to Excel, display the rating as the scale not a number - for example, "strongly agree" displays rather than "4".

    Make a field mandatory based on the outcome of another question on the job card.

    This will improve the processing time without having the processor to go back to the hiring manager for the necessary information for job advertising.

    The feature would be more widely used by our hiring managers if the name and information was redacted on the application form.

    Hide confidential team jobs from the applicant card

    If the user cannot access the job, then they should also not see the application for that job or any of it's history on the applicant card. If the applicant has applied to other jobs, they should see those, but not the jobs they are not permitted ...
