onboarding allow access after certain date

allow users to 'hide' on boarding tasks to a certain time after start date.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

You can set due to dates to onboarding tasks and learning plus you can add the step of not making tasks visible until after they have started. However you cannot stagger the induction process but adding dates to when an onboarding task is released, such as 4 weeks after start date as to not overwhelm a new starter

@John, for us, users are getting into our employee services side through their tasks before they have completed the prior tasks. For example, they should do a duo-factor setup in pre-boarding, and log in through that method when completing their Week 2 activities, but have skipped steps because it is available to them to get some stuff done. What this causes is a legal issue - those tasks should be done while they are paid to complete them... in week 2! Additionally, there is a proprietary risk to accessing our content when they have not completed the paperwork yet. This is a major issue!
