We would like to be able to merge all candidate profiles together. Currently we can only merge applications together if they applied directly, but if they have been uploaded by an agency, we aren't able to merge this with a current profile.
This is causing duplicate profiles to be missed and I don't believe it makes sense to have them as separate profiles when it's the same person. In some cases, an applicant might have 3 different profiles unable to be merged - 1 from direct applications, 1 from agency A and 1 from agency B.

Thank you for sharing your suggestion to merge all duplicate applications, regardless of whether they were added by an agency or not.
After careful consideration, we have decided that this idea is not to aligned with our current product vision for this year.
Additionally, implementing such an idea would require a significant amount of time and effort to ensure it doesn't complicate the recruitment process for our other customers. Our priority is to maintain an efficient platform for all hiring users.
However, please know that we remain open to feedback and will revisit this idea if we receive more demand for this type of feature from our customers. \
