FEATURED Additional form triggered from an automatic status change
It would be helpful to allow ''additional forms'' to be triggered from an automatic status change. We require applicants to complete a form on completion of another form. This would be helpful if this could be done by an automatic status change.

Login Access update switch for user accounts

Add an option to set Login Access to turn on or off on a certain calendar day. Add an option to set Login Access to "No" after a set number of days of inactivity. (ex. disable account after no successful logins in 90 days)

In relation to re-hires, onboarding tasks are not added when the associated learning activity has previously been completed

When an onboarding tasks is a learning activity, onboarding should check whether the learning activity has previously been completed. If the learning activity has been completed and has not expired, it should not be added to onboarding as a task.
