In the updated dashboard view, the first and last names of applicants are listed together in one field. If it's not possible to make these separate fields (e.g. Fist name column/Last name column), it would be helpful to provide a comma between the last and first name when sorting by this filter. Currently, for some of our applicants, especally those with multiple names or foreign names, it is challenging to identify the last name in this view.
Additionally, our team would really like to have the option of adding the city and state to the dashboard applicant view. Currently, only the city is an avialable option to select.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
These changes would allow our team to more effeciently assess candidates from the applicant landing page, rather than having to click individually on the applicant's profile page to access this information. |
