need more options for assigning learning to groups of employees

Update New Starter Form without having to redo the Online Offer

Allow the ability to edit the Offer card to switch the New Starter Form to the correct one. Save Changes Then allow the changed New Starter Form to be visible to the applicant

IPositionID field to add for revision history.

If any field updated by users must record at revision history for review and also if possible from PageUp to generate report through under legacy report or enhanced report would be extremally beneficial.

Notifications to search committee members upon application withdrawal

Allow the withdrawal action to alert the recruiter, the search committee and the other relevant people on the job card. There appears to be a way to send notices upon this application status, but it doesn't actually work.
