Set up the job duties as a merge field for communication template use

It would be useful to reference the job duties, as either a collapsable/expandable option in our job postings, or as a merge field that could be used for a bulk communication template or applicant status communication template.

"Open until filled" on career site to display at the same time as job details load so sourcing channels can pick up this information

Change the code used for displaying "open until filled" so it allows the website to populate all job related information along with the "open until filled." this way, sourcing channels can scrape the career site with correct data.

Consistent name display throughout system
