Currently the performance module only allows us to use free text boxes for goals, which quite limits our ways of Goals inputs. For some goals, we want to have standardised answers (numbers only, one certain selection out of a list of options provided) to be further used for reporting.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We would like to see if we can have more ways of inputs in the goal setting exercise, e.g. to have some goals selected from a predefined list, to have boxes which allows numbers only (or at least can validate inputs). |
