Reference request timeout

We are getting alot of feedback from referees that the 2hr timeout is causing frustration as they cant save a draft version of a reference request form. Can this timing be extended please?

Should not be counting incomplete applications toward the total number of applications

Technically we should not be counting incomplete and not submitted applications towards the total # of applications submitted because why? simple, they have not been completed and not submitted.
