Manager Activities - new starter tasks

Put some identifier next to Manager Activities - new starters to indicate if there are actually outstanding tasks to do. Navigating to My New Stater tasks is not really a solution

Keep old version of Offer documents in the Applicantion Documents visible and accessible

When Changes are made to an Offer Contract, this has to be deleted a new one re-merged. however, the old version is not kep creating confusion. I suggest keeping a copy of the old document
