On search committee review page, display name of applicant being reviewed and highlight which applicant has been selected

On the "View Applicants" page for search committee members, display the name of the applicant being reviewed or otherwise highlight the reviewee. Below are a few ideas:

  1. Add the selected applicant's name to the top of the page.

  2. Highlight the selected applicant in a contrasting color.

  3. Potentially move the checkboxes to a different location. Alternatively, clarify that ticking the box next to an applicant does not mean that you are leaving feedback for that applicant.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

We want to facilitate the process of providing feedback on applicants by ensuring that search committee members can (1) easily select an applicant to review and (2) tell which applicant they have selected. In addition to improving the user experience, this may also prevent data entry errors that result from selecting the wrong applicant.
