Ability to search for and add questions from within the Customize Application and the Question Library

I would like to be able to search for questions within the Question Library and also, when I create a question within Customize Application have it save to the question library.

There should be one bank of flag icons and you can assign them to applicants or applications

Ability to view history of comunications associated with a JobCard (Not Applicants)

When emails are sent to "Additional Users" associated with the JobCard or manually inputted we need to see the content and the history. The Job Card ... could include communication history much like the applicant card has.

Recruiter and job status read-only setting

Allow some users (non-recruiters) to have read-only view to the recruiter and job status on the job card. Also allow the Hiring Manager Jobs list view to include the recruiter as a column.

If a field is available in Admin "Employee Search" it should also be available in Learning "Search for an Employee"

Allow additional Disciplines & Majors to be added to the Education Profile in the Applicant Portal

It would allow the applicant to be able to be more specific with their discipline and major.
