Fit the learning activity titles as well as the mandatory and completed tags within the boxes when viewing the development plan on a mobile device

Job Cancel - provide note option window

To help identify why a requisitions is cancelled (as versus Closed) bring up a mandatory text box or pick list for reasons why it was cancelled if Cancelled is selected.
