Read only' Application statuses

Read only' Application statuses

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Currently the only way to prevent a user from moving an applicant into a recruitment status is to remove their permissions from that status. However, that also removes visibility of that applicant from the user. I would like to see the ability set recruitment statuses as read only so that there is visibility on the applicant from the user, however it would prevent the user from being able to move the applicant into those statuses. IE a recruiter moving an individual from new directly into hired, as hired should only be moved by and HR member or a system action. This will help with accidents and with users that believe they are helping or believe they can move actions at their own pace in disregard of training. And this can help prevent misunderstandings and legal concerns for clients. As page up continues to grow in the Higher Ed sphere, often a very decentralized hiring structure, I think the ability to have recruitment statuses be read only is going to be essential.

Read-only mode on applications for users who do not have access to certain application status, is now available in Applicant Progress Board.
Links to the applicant's resume, form and cover letter will be kept. This will allow users to still be able to access those details, yet in read-only mode.
