When searching applicant status, have a select all button

Please add a select all button for searching applicants on the job card. Currently I have to select each status individually and it is time consuming. It would be much leaner to click select all and then deselect the unwanted statuses, which for me is typically "incomplete."

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Search applicants faster with out have to click all of the applicant statuses minus incomplete.
