Switch to using the very latest resume type document loaded by the applicant either as part of an application or when in home screen they upload a new resume
That way Talent search results are more likely to find the correct applicants

Access the applicants most current resume when doing Talent Search - currently you could be seeing a very old resume "The current functionality is that it shows the most recent resume that is not linked to an application." |
