We would like to be able to extract a PDF Copy of the New Starter Form and we cannot

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Once the New Starter is successful we need to extract a PDF Copy of the New Starter Form and attach on the employee record which is in Aurion (outside of PageUp) for Quality Compliance purposes and for audit purposes to ensure we have a copy of what the Applicant physically filled in themselves without intervention from anyone. |
The ability to extract PDF versions of (1) New Starter Forms and (2) Onboarding Forms is now available as of June 23rd, 2025. These documents are converted to PDF on applicant submission without the need for manual intervention - for more information on how to extract these documents, please refer to our knowledge portal.
if you open the new starter form, in the top right hand corner it has a printer icon. If you click here you can then select PDF and save.
