This idea seems to have been addressed by the recent self-service resolution for bounced emails upgrade.
The new functionality provides visibility into when an email has bounced and includes a button to clear the bounced record from PageUp, enabling successful email delivery via SendGrid.
A flag will now appear next to the user's email address to indicate bounce status in the following areas:
Employee search
Applicant search
Manage applicant pool
Manage users
Applicant card
Clicking on the flag will open the Clear Bounced Email screen, where you can also correct the email address for the relevant applicant or employee.
