Have an x or tick or something in the main view when you go into the my teams development section where it lists all the staff in your review cycle. Have tick for team member, direct manager then 1 up manager. This way the direct manager or 1 up manager can get a quick view of who has completed their sections and who hasn't, so they know then which one is ready for them to go into.

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
Currently there is no easy way for the 1 up manager to know when team members and direct managers have completed their sections in the review without them directly being told. |
