What is the business process you are trying to achieve?
We should have the ability to create/amend etc our own integration rather than having to rely on services to do it for us. Ideally we would use the existing reporting too, output to CSV or TXT file and have the file output to the SFTP location so that we can then pick it up for integration purposes.
