Bulk Move always fails!

Fix it please

What is the business process you are trying to achieve?

Every time I try to do a Bulk move action I get an error and it says there is a duplicate user or something

This means I lose all of the work that I've done in categorizing the 20 candidates in the green, amber and Red light system.

Can I please put in a feedback request to request this issue get fixed as it's not practical for me to not open any other windows with the pace my role moves at. At the moment every time i screen i have to screen shot and then re do the whole thing.
