This is a great idea. Our HRIS currently uses Clean Address to validate addresses. As previously mentioned this would improve data integrity and smooth integrations.
Address validation would be extremely helpful! This would help the flow down of all of our employee systems.
Address validation during the applicant and new hire process would significantly improve data quality and reduce downstream issues across integrated systems. Incorrect or incomplete addresses often create errors in benefits eligibility and vendor file feeds, requiring additional manual review and correction by our benefits team.
Integrating address verification with a postal service or third-party address validation provider and presenting suggested matches as users type would help ensure standardized, accurate address data at the point of entry. This would reduce processing errors, improve data integrity, and create a better experience for both candidates and system admins.
I believe there is an AusPost validation integration some applications support. Provides a drop down option as the address is entered.
some way to confirm the applicant email address would be great. The amount that get it wrong just rocks me.
Perhaps a Test email button next to the email address fields in Personal details profile page??
