Failed email messages - Undeliverables

Store the failed message in the applicant/application history

have the ability to resend the message once the error has been corrected

track the original attempt but display in the history when actually sent

Include Sendgrid results to make it easier to identify the issue

in an ideal world - actually have all failed emails available in System Settings so they are easier to find, fix and resend

System Settings, Other, Failed messages.

ability to see what is outstanding or completed

Search function to query if a particular applicant was affected
