Recruiters can flag/tag specific uploads such as an particular email, ID, visa etc... specific documents relating to onboarding. This way the onboarder can filter the document/email to the tag/flag items for efficient searching and downloading. Some documents such as resume, interview notes, etc.. or not related to onboarding an time is waste manual finding and documenting the required information.
