When the approver has approved the job, a confirmation email is sent to them, so they do not try and approve it again, as when it 'fails' they contact us as they think there is an error.
An example below;
17/11/2020 4:00 PM - Job Requisition Approval for job 498948 email sent to Sarah
17/11/2020 4:01 PM - Approve email for job 498948 sent by Sarah
17/11/2020 4:01 PM - First step of job approval workflow for job 498948 approved.
18/11/2020 9:52 AM - Second Approve email for job 498948 sent by Sarah
18/11/2020 9:53 AM - Your job approval could not be processed email sent to Sarah -- the failure reason is WorkflowInstance.step is null.
The confirmation could be short and sweet 'Thank you, this is now approved. No further action required'
