We have recently completed a number of enhancements in the scheduled email space. These include
Adding 'scheduled emails' directly to the job card for quicker access
Adding a 'schedule email' dashboard for the logged in user to see all emails on a delay created by that user
Tweaks to the SuperUser 'schedule emails' page via system settings to allow easier searching (including the removal of job approval reminder emails)
Marking item as shipped based on the above enhancements specifically aimed at better visibility and access when it comes to scheduled emails
