What business value are you trying to achieve?
When using the replace function in documents, have the date update to the current date. This would help in record keeping, allowing us to see the most recent change to the file. Currently the only way to do this now is either deleting the document and then the full process of re uploading it, or you have to hand edit each document and change the date.
