I would love to see the ability for us to make it mandatory for a new starter to open a policy before they are able to continue with the form/onboarding process.
Currently we have the documents enclosed as attachments on the new starter form which we rely on them to open and read. They then click a mandatory tick box to confirm that they have done this.
It would be great to have the option to put a mandatory field on a document attachment so the employee must open the doc before they can move on.
