Limit non-current job status to only be selected when using close job process

Non-current job statuses should not show on the dropdown list for users to select when updating a job status. These statuses should only be available for selection when using the close job function.

Close job needs to be more visible on the job card. The text is so tiny most people don't even see it.

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Trying to achieve accurate recruitment metrics. Currently, users are selecting a job status to indicate the job has been filled. Job disappears from their dashboard but still shows on analytics and jobs (live) report view because it hasn't been closed by clicking close job.

Applications against the job are still on a current application status and there is no prompt to users to close off open applications when the job status is updated to a non-current status without using the close job function.
