Links Library - ability to have a library of links used e.g. in messages that can be updated in one go

have a link library of commonly used links (like Public Upload for documents) that allows you to define links and insert into messages.

Updating the Master link updates all links

What business value are you trying to achieve?

Improve the ability to manage links used in the platform.

e.g. Dear John email to applicants has link to an appeal process

used in lots of "Dear John" messages

When the link changes we need to go into very email message and replace the link manually
