Allow the offer details of candidate A still be viewable even if they decline or the offer is rescinded, & candidate B is hired on the posn. Currently the only way to achieve this is adding another posn to the job card & then cancelling it once candidate A's offer details have been viewed or retrieved. This does not allow for a clean explanation of anyone then attached to this job req or who all had offers associated with it. Notes of what happened can only do so much on the job req to explain this.

What business value are you trying to achieve?
Ability to see older offer details in the event something goes to court or called into question. That is not possible currently in PU. |
